Defining the Next Era of E-Moto Suspension
AIMExpo 2026 in Anaheim was electric—and Sirris Suspension made it clear why we lead the e-moto suspension space. With bikes on display across multiple booths, one thing stood out: Sirris is defining what race-level suspension looks like for electric motos.
This year we unveiled several major advancements for 2026, all built to push performance, durability, and rider confidence further than ever before. The highlights: Race-Spec Suspension with Genuine Kashima Coat, the all-new R38 rear shock, and 2SC compression technology.
Below is a breakdown of what’s coming—and why it matters.
Race-Spec Suspension
Built for the Fastest Riders. No Compromises.

Sirris Race-Spec Suspension is designed for elite racers who demand absolute performance. This is true race hardware—refined, tested, and built to win.
Key Features
• Genuine Kashima Coat throughout
• 260mm of travel
• True race-spec valving and tuning
• Titanium axle and hardware
• Tool-free external adjusters
Kashima Coat isn’t just a gold finish—it’s the highest-end aluminum surface treatment available. Developed by Miyaki Corporation in Japan, it dramatically reduces friction under heavy load resulting in less binding, while increasing hardness, wear resistance, and durability. Fork tube and outer tube durability are improved from coating hardness and lubricity.
Kashima is applied to the entire outer tube—including the inside bore. This is critical for Sirris’ live upper bushing design, where reducing friction and wear directly improves sensitivity and longevity. It’s the same technology trusted by top factory race teams in gas motocross.
Race-Spec rear shocks (R46 and R38) are also slated to receive Kashima Coat—more details coming soon.
You’ll see this suspension on the race course shortly, piloted by the fastest riders in the sport 🏆
R38 Rear Shock
Compact Size. Full-Scale Moto Performance.

The R38 is the shock smaller e-motos have been waiting for.
Designed for compact and mid-size e-motos, the R38 delivers true motocross-level strength, oil flow, and durability—without the size or weight of a full-scale shock.
What Sets the R38 Apart
• Same base valve, shaft, and oil flow capacity as the R46
• Smaller piston, body, and spring in a compact package
• 288mm eye-to-eye length (not MTB-based sizing)
• Tool-free compression adjuster
• Spherical bearings to eliminate bind from swingarm flex
Most small e-moto shocks are built around mountain bike standards (~266mm) and simply can’t handle the speed, weight, or impacts of e-moto riding. The R38’s 288mm length allows a true motocross shock design—no shortcuts, no compromises.
This means:
• Better big-hit control
• Consistent damping
• Significantly improved durability
Each R38 will be model-specific tuned for rider weight and bike—install it and ride with confidence.
Custom linkage kits are in development to support even more platforms. More details coming soon.
Say goodbye to blown shocks. This is a new standard for smaller e-motos.
OEM Adoption: Setting a New Standard

One of the first manufacturers to adopt this new performance standard is Tork Bikes. At AIMExpo, Tork unveiled two high-end Race models, both equipped from the factory with the new Sirris R38 rear shock, paired with CMX forks tuned specifically for Tork platforms.
This is a major milestone for the category. For the first time at this bike size, riders can truly buy a bike and go straight to the race course—no immediate suspension upgrades required. The suspension is already dialed, race-capable, and built with the same performance philosophy trusted by top-level competitors.
It’s an exciting step forward, and a clear signal that smaller e-motos are no longer settling for compromised suspension. Sirris and Tork are raising the bar together.
2SC Compression Technology
Independent Control. Maximum Confidence.
2SC (Two-Stage Compression) gives riders independent control of low-speed and high-speed compression—so small bump sensitivity and big-hit support can be tuned separately.
Why It Matters
• Low-speed compression: traction, comfort, chassis feel
• High-speed compression: bottoming resistance and impact control
Availability
• Tool-free versions on the new R38 and current R46
• Tooled adjust versions for OEM applications (such as Dust Moto)
Dust Moto bikes will come equipped with this new 2SC adjustability from Sirris.
2SC will be offered as a $100 upcharge, or it can be added later during scheduled shock service through an authorized Sirris service center.
You’ll also see 2SC featured in the upcoming Race-Spec line launching later this year.
