Sirris Hard Enduro E-moto Suspension at Red Bull TKO 2025
High‑Voltage E‑Moto Action & Sirris Riders Lighting Up the Hard Enduro Scene.
The Red Bull TKO 2025 delivered big adrenaline, rugged terrain, and epic racing as the nation’s best E‑Moto racers gathered under harsh, technical conditions to battle through rock gardens, steep climbs, loose slopes, and unrelenting gnarly terrain. For those following the cutting edge of electric motorcycle hard enduro, this event was a proving ground — and Sirris riders and suspension showed up in force.

What Is Red Bull TKO & Why It Matters for Hard Enduro E‑Moto Racing
The Red Bull TKO (Tennessee Knock Out) is one of the most brutal hard enduro events in the US, blending rock crawling, technical sections, steep ascents and descents, unpredictable terrain, and deep, loose ground. It’s where endurance, precision riding, and machine setup are pushed to the limit. For E‑Moto brands, hard enduro events like TKO are the ultimate litmus test—does your bike have the suspension, power, durability, wheel grip, and rider support to survive (and excel) under gnarly conditions?
At the Sirris factory, we’ve developed our products with this in mind. Our Hard‑Enduro Tune (internal, race‑special), combined with Sirris service center builds (for example building F43 forks tuned for rock gardens), gives our bikes a massive edge when the terrain gets brutal.

What Makes Our Setup Special: Hard‑Enduro Tune & Sirris Factory Builds
When the ground gets rough, everything matters: fork travel, spring rates, damping, shock resistance, stiffness. At Sirris, we don’t just sell parts—we internally develop Hard‑Enduro Tune settings (not sold in the store), built especially for races like Red Bull TKO.
-
F43 Forks with Hard‑Enduro Tune: Rock gardens and steep drop‑offs demand a fork setup that can absorb high‑frequency hits without bottoming, that holds steady in compression, and that gives control in dirty, loose conditions. At Sirris, our service center / factory builds these for riders wanting the best.
-
R46 Shock setups, travel adjustments, spring/tune matching per rider and course.
-
Our service center builds mean the fork is not just off‑the‑shelf but tailored: springs, damping, travel, external adjusters, etc., all optimized for hard enduro racing.
