The Arctic Leopard is already an extremely capable compact e-moto. Now, Sirris is taking the entire platform to another level with a purpose-built suspension system combining the Sirris F43 CMX fork, R38 2SC rear shock, and custom TMB linkage.
Available across the Arctic Leopard XE Pro S, Enduro, and Pro R, this system brings genuine moto-inspired suspension technology, tuning capability, stiffness, and durability to the platform.
This isn't simply a collection of upgraded suspension components. It's a complete system designed to work together.
F43 CMX — Built for the Arctic Leopard
At the front, Sirris' F43 CMX brings a race-built 43mm inverted fork with 220mm of travel, oversized chassis construction, and a CMX closed-cartridge damper specifically tuned for compact e-moto performance.
The F43 uses high-tensile 43mm hard-chrome stanchions, seamless 7050 aluminum outer tubes, a race-grade ultra-stiff axle, and billet aluminum clamps to dramatically increase front-end stiffness and steering precision.
Inside, the closed-cartridge system features high-flow pistons, fully tunable compression and rebound circuits, dual oil circuits, and hydraulic bottom-out control. The result is a front end designed to remain controlled and predictable through hard braking, rough terrain, jumps, and repeated heavy impacts.

F43 CMX for the Pro R
The Arctic Leopard XE Pro R receives its own dedicated F43 CMX configuration because of the 240mm brake bracket, with the same 220mm travel, 43mm chassis, CMX closed-cartridge architecture, and race-grade construction.
With 178mm fork spacing, a stiff race-grade axle, replaceable brake mounting hardware, and direct-mount stem compatibility, the F43 is built around both performance and long-term versatility.
R38 2SC — Big-Moto Performance in a Compact Package
Out back, the Sirris R38 2SC is designed to work across all three Arctic Leopard models: XE Pro S, Enduro, and Pro R.
Rather than adapting a mountain-bike shock to survive e-moto abuse, Sirris engineered the R38 from the proven R46 moto platform and packaged that architecture specifically for compact e-motos.
The result is an oversized-performance shock featuring a 38mm high-flow piston, massive 16mm shaft, R46-spec internal floating piston system, and high-flow damping architecture.
The new 2SC two-stage compression system adds independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment, while tool-free rebound adjustment makes changes quick and easy.
Low-speed compression controls chassis movement from rider inputs, braking, cornering, and gradual terrain changes. High-speed compression provides additional control and support when the bike encounters square edges, whoops, jump landings, and major impacts.
The result is a shock that combines sensitivity and traction with serious hard-hit control.
The Custom TMB Linkage Makes It Work
The R38 isn't designed to run with the stock Arctic Leopard linkage.
Sirris partnered with TMB to develop a dedicated R38 linkage that changes the suspension motion ratio to work with the R38's shorter shock stroke while maintaining the bike's stock wheel travel, ride height, and geometry.
The result is a direct bolt-on solution with no frame modifications required.
