Truly a win-win situation, Altis Sigma and Arctic Leopard EX 800 equipped with custom Sirris F43 suspension forks make history at the 2025 Mint400.
The Mint 400 is renowned as one of the most grueling off-road races in America, and this year, history was made as electric bikes took on its punishing 120-mile desert course. For the first time ever, electric motorcycles conquered the unforgiving terrain, testing both rider and machine to their limits.
Suspended by custom 230 mm travel Sirris F43 forks, both bikes powered through the relentless challenges, ultimately finishing the race and standing up top on the podium.
This groundbreaking achievement was made possible by the unwavering dedication of an exceptional team. Behind the success was a series of meticulously crafted prototype components, from the custom-built motorcycles to the innovative suspension, all designed to tackle the toughest challenges of the race.
TURNING THE IMPOSSIBLE INTO REALITY.
What truly sets this project apart is the remarkably fast transition from concept to execution. Sirris, CRC Motorsports, Formlabs, and other partners achieved an industry-leading timeline that would be nearly impossible for any other suspension company. While similar projects might take 6-12 months for other companies, this entire journey—from idea to race—was completed in just a matter of weeks, not months.

The Sirris R&D team collaborated with Travis at CRC Motorsports before the event to kit out the bikes for this special occasion. Below are some key specifications for these one-off race machines:
F43 FORK
Travel: 230 mm
Extended length: 826 mm
Clamps: Billet race clamps with custom steerer tube
Dropouts: Ultra Bee
Tune: Custom collaboration with CRC Motorsports
Damper: Dual sealed closed cartridges and hydraulic bottom out
Guards and bumper: Prototype
R46 SHOCK
Due to fitment and clearance issues, the Sirris R46 does not currently fit either bike. We’re working on fitment solutions now, stay tuned.
